Each perspective gives a different view. So the story goes on...
Hey you know what! I spent a couple of months trying to build that in 3D. Of course it is impossible but that's the fun in it :o)
The art is fantastic but it is also a perfect example of the mathematics of multiple perspectives (and it is there in many of Escher's paintings).
